What Common Electronics Do You Buy?
Common e-waste items include circuit boards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and networking equipment. Common reusable items include laptops, desktops, servers, cell phones, and other complete systems with refurbishment value.
What's the difference between e-waste and reusable electronics?
E-waste refers to electronics that are recycled for their material value, while reusable electronics still have value because they can be refurbished or resold. If you're not sure which category your items fall into, send us an email with photos or a list of what you have, and our team will be happy to help
How Do You Price Items?
Prices are updated daily. Scrap material is priced based on current metal markets and recovery potential. Reus able electronics are priced based on the item type, model, condition, quantity, and current market demand.
How Do I Send My Items for Payment?
Choose your preferred shipping carrier and send your items to: 918 Commercial Street, San Jose, CA 95112. After shipping, complete our online submission form with your tracking number and preferred payment method. We pay via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or check. Payment is sent within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Do I Need to Sort My Items Before Sending Them?
No. Send your items as-is and we'll sort them for you. We separate materials by grade, component type, and reuse value to ensure the most accurate payout possible.
How Does Price Matching Work?
If you've received a quote from another buyer or recycler, send us a copy along with details about your items. If we can verify the offer and the items meet the same conditions, we'll match or beat the price.
What Happens to the Data on My Electronics?
We take data security seriously. As an ISO and R2 Certified recycler, we securely wipe data according to industry standards and best practices.
